Description

US Navy Bicorn Hat and Epaulets in Tin Case, Canvas. The hat with silk lining, made by Schuele, Peppler and Kostens, Annapolis, MD. The gilt threaded epaulets with two bars under anchor, made in France. The tin case has been painted with "C.T. Singleton, Jr. U.S.N." Plaid lined canvas case over the box. Circa 1920. 6 1/2 x 18 1/2 x 8

Condition:
Overall condition is very good, although the tin box and canvas coverall are in moderate condition. Dents and scratches to box, tears and dirt to coverall. Hasp missing to box.
