Description
This vane was recently removed from United Methodist Church in West Enosburg, VT. The church was rebuilt after a fire in 1882 when this weathervane was placed atop the steeple, the original church was built in 1825 under the guidance of Rev. Issac Hall. The banner is 48”L x 28”H it retains a green verdigris surface comes with the original directionals 118” L rod with zinc 16”D ball.
Condition
Banner missing one tail scroll, directionals letter E broke off, Other wear as expected.
