Description

Beautifully detailed 18th century style lady's historical mantua dress made from vintage velvet and other fabrics, size 6 approximately, currently displayed on a turned maple stand with tripod base---Anita Leihy and her daugher, Esther Leihy, are tailors/ designers in Greenville, South Carolina. This particular costume was made by Esther Leihy for a client and was subsequently used in a photo shoot that was in AT HOME IN THE UPSTATE magazine in summer 2008. (Ref. 136-1)
