Description
Stereoviews showing three national expositions in the late 1800's to early 1900's. Included are two steroviews from the Trans Mississippi Exposition held in Omaha, Nebraska in 1898. Both show views of the midway. Next are two views of The Grand Army of the Republic gathering held in Indianapolis in 1893, both of the parade and a banquet. Finally, there is an image of the Fairy Fountains, held at the 1901 Pan American Exposition in Buffalo, New York, an event made more notable for its being the site of the assassination of William McKinley in 1901.
