A Chinese Men's Blue Ground silk robe. Finely tailored with right side opening, the sleeves end with horse hoof cuffs, the dark blue ground silk fabric woven with repeated Buddhist Eight treasure symbols and Ruyi head pattern decorations, the closure applied with five gilt brass sphere buttons. Late 19th to early 20th Century. {Length: 52 inches (132.08 cm)}. Provenance: Sale of items to benefit the Monterey History and Art Association.
