A Chinese celadon glazed vase from the Republic period. The body of the vase depicts a crab basket with two crabs caught in the netting and a flower on the other side. There is a 6 character mark on the bottom.

Dimensions are: 7 1/2 inches tall X 6 inches wide, 19.05 cm X 15.24 cm. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: Overall good condition. Minor glaze chipping is present on the raised areas of the basket. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is. Provenance: Purchased from the estate of former Cleveland lawyer Marvin Drucker (1928-2015), who acquired this lot during the 1970s. From the private, premier collection of a gentleman in Cleveland, Ohio. The items in the collection were acquired starting in the 1970s from auction houses including Christie's, Sotheby's, and Bonhams, as well as from various private collections in the United States.
