British, late 19th/early 20th century, desk with bookmatched figured walnut veneered top, serpentine facade set with two dovetailed drawers, centering Japanned panels, carved, gilt, and japanned legs, 32 x 54 x 21-1/2 in.; with an Adam style paint decorated and caned open armchair, 38 x 22 x 21-1/2 in.
