Description
In its sweeping folds of red paper, the Ingo Maurer Kokoro table lamp evokes passion, rage, lust, movement. This dynamic lighting sculpture was created by Maurer and textile designer Dagmar Mombach in 1998 as part of their MaMo Nouchies collection, displaying both paper and light in new and exciting ways. The name comes from the Japanese word for "heart," and describes the shape of the reflector mounted on the stem. Wired with dimmer. Label underneath. Dimensions: H 26.25" x W 10.5" x D 6" Condition: Not tested. Small water stains, some fading ot paper shade.
Condition
All the items in this auction remain at our gallery location in Norwalk, CT for pickup. Preview is by appointment, Monday-Friday, 9:30-4:30. Items must be picked up in the time frame of Tuesday, November 30th- Friday, December 10th, 9am-5pm, WEEKDAYS. We will offer in-house shipping to the Contiguous USA for select smaller items in this sale, please contact us prior to bidding for a quote as purchases are not contingent on shipping.
