A watercolor on paper signed by the artist lower left, sight size 19.5 x 29 inches.
And a pencil-signed color lithograph signed by the artist below the image lower right, titled 'After the Rain' lower left, noted as an artist's proof edition, image measures 20.75 x 15.5 inches.
Frames measure 27.5 x 22 and 28 x 37.5 inches.
Provenance: The estate of Morton and Estelle Sosland.In Kansas City, the Sosland family name is synonymous with both giving, and the arts. Of their many contributions to the community, 'The Soslands gave one of the nation's finest private collections of American Indian art to the Nelson-Atkins' museum (nelson-atkins.org). The content of this auction bears testament to their keen eye and varied interests. No property has been added; each lot here originates with the Sosland family and sells without reserve.

Condition
Apparently the condition is very good, very clean, intact, no visible stain, damage, repair, punctures or tears. These works have not been examined outside the frames.
