DESCRIPTION: Pair of cloisonne, brass vases each of which is decorated on the sides with a floral motif against a patterned yellow background framed by a curvilinear patterned border. Both handles on each vase are fu dogs with water flowing from their mouths; each handle has a brass ring around it. Each vase's neck is decorated with two rows of black Han symbols against a blue background; both rows on each vase are bordered with a floral motif. Both vases are decorated with an an angular pattern just under the lip and a curvilinear pattern at the bottom.
