DESCRIPTION: Pair of antique porcelain plates decorated with a central image of a dragon over billowing waters and framed by a wave-shaped border. Octagonal plate has a foliage and floral motif around the wave-shaped border; square plate has four foliage motifs framed by a black border around which are further foliage and floral motifs. Decorations and plate edges have gilded accents. Each piece is marked with a Tongzhi-era hallmark in red ink on the reverse side and comes with a metal hanging device for wall display. Dimensions are as follows:

Octagonal plate - L: 8.5" W: 8.5" H: 1.25"
Square plate - L: 8" W: 8" H: 1.25"
