Nice little collection of prewar Dorfan wide gauge Pullman cars, there is one pair of Seattle cars and one Boston, each with passengers. Dorfan used the term Wide Gauge because Lionel trademarked Standard Gauge.
Dorfan founded in the US in 1924 by German brothers who's family was involved with Fandor, hence the name, Dorfan. The company folded in 1934 due to the Great Depression.
