Polychromatic depiction of a frowning gentleman in a large bow tie behind beveled lucite. Britto is a self taught artist known for his colorful pop art works. In 1988 he was selected alongside Andy Warhol and Keith Haring to participate in Absolut Vodka's Absolut Art campaign. Britto has many public art installations such as at the John F. Kennedy Airport and Hyde Park, as well as being an installation artist for Cirque Du Soleil at Super Bowl 16. His work is also part of the private collections of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Eileen Guggenheim, Roger Federer, Andre Agassi, Dustin Hoffman, Michael Jordan, and Gloria Estefan among others.

Condition
Bottom of base with discolored residue from pads, minor scuff to upper left, light surface wear to base, otherwise good condition.
