No Durgin marks apparent, other than there are cursive "D" markings on most of the pieces, as the flat solid butter knives don't seem to show the "D". As to condition, both the dessert knives and the dinner knives have a 'rust' looking finish at the ring where the stainless steel blades connect at the neck of the handle, although not very pronounced as they sit on the table, you can certainly see that when you look up-close.
