Description
A German violin made for the U.S. Navy and retailed by the Rudolf Wurlitzer Co. with a student grade bow and old case and a Stainer copy which is also German that includes a bow with celluloid frog and old coffin type case.
Dimensions: The Wulitzer violin has a body length of 361mm, the other example is 360mm. Each case is about 30" x 8" x 4 1/2".

Condition
The Wurlitzer example is in very good condition with no apparent cracks or other damage, the Stainer copy has several open belly cracks. Both instruments will set up work in order to be playable. The cases are in poor condition.
