Jane Peterson Floral Gouache Cannes France, French subject by American Impressionist, gouache on what appears to be paperboard, 11.75 x 16.25 inches visible within mat, 21.375 x 25.75 x 1.875 inches framed, no visible signature, rear collector notes indicate the work is titled Cannes in the artists hand and that Peterson authority J. Jonatahn Joseph is including the work in an upcoming catalogue, unverified. Additionally the family indicated this work was at one time offered or purchased at Eldreds on Cape Cod. Provenance: Krassner Seymour Cooke Collection formerly of Kennebunkport, Maine, removed from their waterfront Southeast Florida estate in late 2021. CXRL22
