In overall very good condition. The piece is tight, sturdy and stable with no movement observed in the legs or case. Minor rubbing and wear to the surface, including some very faint surface scratches and mars to the top. No veneer losses noted. There is some slight natural shrinkage at veneer lines. Drawers slide freely.
