A Steiff teddy bear, 1926Steiff bear circa 1926, blond mohair, glass eyes and back hump, expressive face, long trailing "f" button, minimal remnants of the flag, blackish-brown embroidered nose and felt paws, the body stuffed with excelsior. Head, arms and legs are jointed, with disc joints. Height approx. 32 cm. Minor losses to the fabric on the body in places, otherwise in good condition overall with signs of age and handling. The teddy bear was a Christmas present in 1926. Good size, a rare find. Condition: II
