England, circa 1870, raised bullrush, water lily, bird and dragon fly decoration with basket weave base and seat on blue ground, Registry mark underfoot. 17.75" height, 14" diameter

Condition

Visually in very good condition. Some light rubbing to glaze around edge of seat, light inpainting (white) to raised white flowers and one bird beak, minor glaze chips to raised flowers and leaves, one flower bud has approximately 1/4 inch chip to glaze to the lower small flower bud below the dragonfly with all four wings above his head.
