The lot includes four vintage wooden hunting decoys: one large duck decoy, a smaller duck decoy signed Dec 1999 Alex Qrechen, two bird decoys signed: H.V. Sourds and The Original Water-Color Paintings by John James Audubon for the Birds of America, two books set In Original Case, American Heritage Publishing Co., Inc., New York, 1966. 431 full page color plates + descriptive text - many plates are foldouts. Publisher's decorated brown cloth, lettered in gilt on the spine, and with Audubon's initials in gilt on the front cover, French-style marbled endpapers. This attractive landmark work was reproduced in color for the first time from the collection at The New York Historical Society.
