Kennedy waves to a crowd during a campaign visit to Chicago while Richard Dickson Cudahy looks on. Framed, 11 x 13”. SIGNED BY PRESIDENT KENNEDY at lower right corner. Provenance: From the estate of Richard Dickson Cudahy. Richard Dickson Cudahy was the grandson of Milwaukee meatpacking entrepreneur Patrick Cudahy. During the 1950s he worked as a lawyer for the Department of State, and in 1979 was appointed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit by President Jimmy Carter, a position which he held until his passing in 2015.
