CHINESE POLYCHROME IVORY CARVING OF AN OX A very well executed carving of an ox with old man and boy. Carved from one single piece. The boy carries a long staff, tied with a ribbon and which holds the old mans hat. The staff was carved from a separate piece of ivory and has been repaired.
