Description

Brown Box with the Davo Logo by Maurits Cornelis Escher. This is an extremely rare Davo box with the famous four dove logo, designed in 1953 by dutch illustrator and graphic designer M.C. Escher. The box, designed to hold Davo's product - stamp albums - features the logo on two sides. Because they were meant as packaging and were taped over, there are very few that have survived to this day. Davo stopped manufacturing this box a few years ago. Excellent gift for the graphic design enthusiast.

Dimensions are 12 in h x 12 in w x 12 in d. Condition is very good. Minor wear to corners. Tiny hole on one side. Please call or email for a detailed condition report.
