A carved wooden dance mask with incised and raised designs and classic facial features, such during the peak of the rainy season, masqueraders congregate in several Igbo village groups to perform and dance. These maskers are called Okoroshi. This Mask belongs to a class of masked dancers known as Okoroshi Oma, which represents a beautiful spirit. The mask measures 11.5 x 5.75 inches .
