For your consideration is an antique Japanese cloisonne box with floral and butterfly decoration. The hammered shibuichi form is covered in emerald green enamel and decorated with delicate pink blooms, associated foliage and an intent butterfly. The interior of the box is completely coated in turquoise enamel.

Provenance: From a private collection in Covington, Louisiana.
