Early lithograph titled "NEW YORK. ABOUT 1790" hand colored, subtitled "PRESENTED TO D.T. VALENTINE, BY EDW CROMMELIN 195 PRINCE ST. NEW YORK". Printed along bottom border " Litho by Geo. Hayward, 171 Pearle St. New York / for D.T. Valentine's Manual 1862". Circa 1856-67. Lithograph likely a fold-out illustration as symmetric fold marks are evident (hardly noticeable within frame). Lithograph after Archibald Robertson (New York 1765–1835). Very good condition. Total frame size 23 5/8 x 28 5/8".
