Vintage Art Nouveau Tie Clasp or Collar Clip, It is brass and wider on one end than the other - and is 1.75" long. It is 1/2" on the smaller end and a bout 5/8" on the other - each end has a three leaf stem and int he center is a raised design with a center oval and dotted circles around it. Age is appx. 1920's-1930's. I believe this may not really be a tie clasp given the difference in widths but more something that clips at a neckline or collar but not sure. It is not signed by the maker. Could be men's or ladies' piece. Brass with some finish wear but mechanically in good condition and not damaged, just typical finish wear.
