Charles Louchet (French, 19th/20thc.) Louie Fuller, depicting the partially clad dancer manipulating her flowing silk fabric around her body, signed Ch.Louchet with foundry mark for Vincennes, Editeur, impressed 2. Loie Fuller became the symbol of the Art Nouveau movement with her innovative dance style and use of flowing silk fabric costumes to accentuate her movements.
Dimensions: 9 in.h. including base.
Condition: Some wear and scratches to surface. Some oxidation to patina.
