Buckminster Fuller Inscribed Card on "Triangulation"

A small card measuring 6" x 4", No place, undated. An inscribed and signed card by the brilliant author, architect, author, inventor, and futurist, reading "'Triangulation' is the nature of nature. Buckminster Fuller." Above the inscription is a small sketch of a three-dimensional triangle. Very fine, with a large and bold signature.

Buckminster Fuller (1895-1983) is best known for his invention of the geodesic dome, which has been recognized as the strongest, lightest, and most efficient means of enclosing space yet discovered by man. He produced the first in 1947 and his domes (more than 3,000) are spread all across the globe. One of the most famous examples can be found at Epcot in Disney World, Florida. In addition to developing numerous inventions, publishing more than 30 books, and being awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, he also served as the second World President of Mensa International from 1974 until his death in 1983.
