A LOUIS COMFORT TIFFANY GILT AND ENAMELED BRONZE BOWL, SIGNED, 404, EARLY 20TH CENTURY, of circular form and a stepped interior with textured surface enclosed by a wide rim of continuous anthemions centering green enameled ovals, within a band of greek key trim and verso a short ring foot centering the circular monogram above "L C T / 404." Height: 1 1/2" Diameter: 8 1/4" Note: Although marked with the same circular monogram above L C T and 404, this bowl is not marked with the "Louis C Tiffany Furnaces Inc" found on some other matching bowls with the same number and monogram but it is safe to assume that this is where this bowl was made as there is not a record of it having been made elsewhere.

Gilding worn throughout, bent foot ring, a small patch of white residue on the underside, normal wear, and surface buildup in crevices throughout.
