The baluster form of subtly colored glass in soft, frosted, mottled pink and yellow hues is cut in cameo relief of delicately composed violet-like flowers on thin tendrils among broad leaves embellished with hand painted enamel detail and signed Daum Nancy France in relief with Cross of Lorraine. The body was blown in one piece with an integral rounded glass base rim for mounting within the ormolu lamp base, stamped The Crest Company Chicago to the top lamp fitting. This is a fine and attractive example in high quality mounts.
