Specially presented to Mr. Bob Feller by from a friend as shown on verso. Unique, only one of its kind framed and matted pastel or chalk (no examined out of frame) drawing/painting of Feller. Depicts him in 1927, 1937, 1945 and 1995. Signed by the artist and dated 1995 Cleveland Indians World Series year. Exceptional presentation. Frame does exhibit light signs of handling. Bob was named 'The Greatest Pitcher' of his time for the Cleveland Indians and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1962. He played 18 seasons for the Indians, was an 8 time 'All Star' and ranked 36 out of 100 in the list of 100 of the Greatest Baseball Players in the 'Sporting News'. At the age of 23 he was the first American professional athlete to enlist in the military the day after the attack on Pearl Harbor.
