Description

Mid century Airplane oxygen breathing equipment in beige hard leather wrapped caring suitcase. Fitted interior, original paper work manuals and a few masks as shown. Signed letter form the President Earle M. Scott of Scott Aviation Equipment. Maybe the singular piece from the collection that has drummed up the most conversation. There is a Cleveland Indians sticker on the exterior of the case. Chief Wahoo is wearing the crown! This is the 1949 logo after winning the World Series! Does this help to date the case? Was it used for trips? Why did Bob have this? Many have shared their stories and thoughts, but it is unknown why he kept this tank and case for 60 + years, leaves one to wonder. Direct Provenance from the Resident Estate of Bob and Anne Feller, Gates Mills, Ohio.
