18th/19th century, Chinese Canton enamel dish, very well painted with strong colors and fine detail throughout, depicting two ladies and a baby boy in a garden, with detailed floral decoration in a diaper pattern around the rim and on the reverse, unmarked. 1.75" H x 10.25" in diameter. Provenance: Removed from a private residence designed and furnished by James Mont at 370 East 76th Street. Label from the E & J Frankel Collection in New York City.
