An early Italian carved wood figure of a youthful saint with gesso and gold leaf and painted surface, exhibited on a carved wood stand, 17 th /18 th century (11 1/4 tall, 13 with base) together with an early Italian 17 th century small size cast bronze figure of a standing male saint, possibly Saint John (James) the Apostle from a Crucifixion grouping, the Virgin Mary standing on one side and he, standing on the other side of the cross.
