Description
TENNESSEE, ATTRIBUTED, FOLK ART CARVED AND PAINTED WOODEN LADY DOLL, solid head, arms, and legs with stuffed torso, carved and painted facial features, carved and painted high-heel shoes. Fitted in period attire, including brown glazed muslin dress, white apron and bonnet. Believed to have been carved by a Polly Page at Pleasant Hill Academy, Pleasant Hill, TN. Circa 1930. 13 3/4" HOA.
