MELVINA NETTLES (WEST VIRGINIA, 1876-1974), ATTRIBUTED, CARVED WOODEN FOLK ART ARTICULATED ACROBAT TOY, undisturbed dry natural surface with painted highlights for eyes and mouth. Reportedly carved for Denzil Higgins, the artist's son-in-law from Parkersburg, WV. Circa 1920. 10" LOA.
