DUTCH DELFT TIN-GLAZED HAND-PAINTED EARTHENWARE TANKARD, cylindrical form with applied pewter band encircling foot, featuring three cartouches with central flower on speckled manganese ground and polychrome scrolled designs between, pewter cover together my association. Hand-brushed "B P" to underside. De Vergulde Blompot, Pieter ver Burgh, Delft, Holland. Circa 1761. 8 3/8" HOA.

Very good condition, having moderate characteristic crazing, minor glaze flakes to handle and rim, cover having some minor denting.
