DESCRIPTION: (2 Pc) A Pair of antique english Chelsea porcelain figurines. This set includes two glazed soft-paste porcelain figurines of a young woman and young man. Each figure stands on a sculpted base with scroll details painted with raspberry, cobalt blue, and gold accents. Behind them is a tree with leafy bocage and flowers. The man figure is wearing a white shirt with ruffled cuffs and a blue long coat and a crimson colored vest with yellow trim. His green pants are decorated with floral accents. He is holding flowers in each hand. The woman figure is wearing a black headpiece. She is also wearing a white shirt, a floral skirt and a cadmium yellow corset. Over her dress there is an apron with a blue flowers motif. She is holding flowers in each hand. Both figurines are marked with the Chelsea factory gold anchor period hallmark.
