The lavender mermaid-style dress, designed by "Addictions Michael Roche - Victor De La Pena," features violet tulle along the neckline and bottom with embellished rhinestones, ruched sleeves, and shoulder pads, as well as a matching lavender spandex headpiece adorned with tulle. Kasem was photographed wearing this ensemble at the St. Jude Children's Hospital Benefit Gala on September 5, 1987 at the Century Plaza Hotel in Century City, California.

The silver mermaid-style dress, designed by "Addictions Michael Roche - Victor De La Pena," features cream tulle embellished with silver sequins along the bottom, a ruched body, and a key-hole halter top with sequins, as well as a matching white satin and tulle shawl with arm holes. Kasem was photographed wearing this ensemble at A Night Under the Stars Benefit for Muscular Dystrophy on May 30, 1987 at Universal Studios in Universal City, California.
