Berlin, Germany - 1880's - 13 1/2" Tall. The Victory Column was designed by Heinrich Strack in 1864 to commemorate the Prussian victory in the second Schleswig War. This was a souvenir of the "Grand Tour". It is quite rare. Excellent Condition. Missing tips of wings and right hand.
