RIAA 4x Multi-Platinum Award for Brandy album Never S-A-Y Never. The album, Brandy's second studio release, came out on June 9, 1998. The album was certified 4x Multi-Platinum by the RIAA on January 27, 1999 for four million copies sold.

Th album's best known track is the duet with Monica "The Boy Is Mine". That song and "Have You Ever?" both reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart. In addition, "Top of the World" became an international hit. The album itself debuted and peaked at #3 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart. By December of 1999 the album had been certified 5x Multi-Platinum for five million copies sold.

Detailed Item Description: This RIAA 4x Multi-Platinum award is a first presentation award that would have been manufactured in 1999 making it approximately 23 years old. This award is presented to WEA Minneapolis, part of the distribution arm for Warner/Elektra/Atlantic Records.

The award is all original with a serial number RIAA hologram seal and unopened backing paper with Ill-Eagle manufacturer's sticker. It is in Excellent condition with only a very few minor mars on the frame.

Notes on the condition of all vintage RIAA awards like this one: Please do not buy this item if you want a brand new piece of memorabilia. These are historical artifacts from the year they were produced. As a result they may show signs of wear. Frankly, if you see a 20 to 50-year-old award purported to be in 100% perfect condition, it might be too good to be true. After all, an antique should have "good' wear. If not, you might want to question the piece.
