Vintage Blue Wedding Cake & Cobalt & Black Glass Beaded Necklace, 30", slipover design with pear-shaped 3/4" long pink rose wedding cake beads with long similar shaped black faceted glass beads that are appx 1-1/8" long with graduated faceted cobalt blue beads, the largest is appx. 7/8" long and 14mm wide. the next lowest is appx. 3/4" and the lowest is appx. 5/8". There are lighter blue faceted beads and black beads along with black seed beads throughout the rest of the necklace. Age is unknown but the earliest these beads were made was in appx. 1815. Thse have an older look to them and look like beads my great grandmother had dating back to the late 1800's into the 1800's. As I kid I would play with beads like these and make necklaces and then restring them again and again. I wish I still had those beads. Very good condition especially for the age. (INV.
