Vintage Sterling Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, Marcasite Ring, Sz 7. A scalloped round top with marcasites in the scalloped edge and then a tier up from that is a mix of emerald, rubies, and dark blue sapphires. The top stone is emerald. The top of the ring is appx. 15.5mm across . The gemstones are appx. 2.5mm round stones. These stones test as the gemstones are are a lesser quality clarity than you'd see in rings just featuring a ruby, etc. These are affordable stones which means they are more viscous, etc. Still look great in this ring. The band is appx. 5.4mm at top shoulders and takers to appx. 3.3mm at the back of the finger. It is marked sterling and tests as sterling. Weight is a hefty 9.80 grams. The band is thick at appx. 1.5mm and it is a sturdy ring. It is not signed by the maker. Very good condition, light oxidation that can be polished. (INV. W. 12917.6 SS5165 J LD 7/12/21).
