Description

1/4 plate camera made by J. Lancaster & Son Birmingham. This seems to be a transition model between the 1887 and 1888 models using up some of the older case style parts. In overall good condition. Bellows have a few pin holes, good ground glass, frame has a couple of cracks on the front board, both celluloid name tags and shield present. Has a simple Lancaster manual shutter mounted in the front standard. No film holders included. From the Howard Hazelcorn collection.
