This large, early machine appears to be in original, untouched condition. Cabinet has its original golden oak finish featuring a large black and gold banner decal, all of which are in average condition with a few minor marks here and there. It has original early aluminum Columbia reproducer that resembles a #2, with a good stylus. Reproducer also has original cardboard box. Carriage and transport move freely with evidence of the upper portion having been repaired and replaced with some reproduction parts. The upper mechanism has its original black paint and pinstripes in average condition. Nickel plated bedplate in fair condition with some rust and approximately 40% plating remaining. The mandrel moves freely. Also includes a speaking tube and hose used for recording. This appears to be original, mostly likely from a Dictaphone. Also comes with reproduction listening tubes. Winding crank is a reproduction. The motor winds and runs. See photos.
