SHAFER, Leonard 'Gus' (American, 1907-1985): A bronze sculpture of limited edition titled "PAY DAY", stamped 6/9 and signed in the cast by the artist. Sculpture depicts three cowboys on their horses racing to collect their pay. Dated 1972. Base additionally stamped Harold Phippen Foundryman. Measures approx. 15.5" h. x 19" w. x 13" d Condition: Bronze may have slight verdigris, dust in crevices.
