original oil on board by joseph mallord William turner aka JMW Turner RA latter part of 1830's? had restoration work done by Blake Vonder haar art restoration. com 12/05 double framed with faint original paper label hand signed on back can not make out the title? 22" x 19" framed size 12" x 9" image size appx we did open it to show inside, shows crazing and some restoration under black light. the artist signature is on the back of the frame and the card from the restorer was tapped to the back of the painting 12/05 I do not see any signature on the painting.
