A most interesting antique...what appears to be Italian, possibly French? glazed pottery lavabo wash set of deep blue and green tones to include a fish form wall cistern and a shell form bowl. The bowl is also decorated with a figural lizard on rim and signed "AK" and dated 88...which we believe to possibly be 1888. Cistern measures approx. 23" length x 10" width x 7 1/2" depth. Bowl measures approx. 6 1/2" height x 17" width x 13 1/4" depth. Shows some nicking and chipping. Repair to center of bowl. Repair to lizard on rim.
