Vintage Albert Nippon dress, ruffled collar, pleated front and back, button down front, slight puff to sleeves, slight ruffle at cuffs, feels like a silk or similar material, no size but measurements while laying flat: 19 inch across bust, 18 inch waist, 22 inch sleeve and 38 inches from shoulder to hem, in good condition with some small marks on the front and a small tear.
